This year the 2023 Black Music Honors will return with a familiar duo. DeRay Davis and LeToya Luckett will host the 8th annual event and will be joined by some elite talent. There will be performances by Tamar Braxton, Anthony Hamilton feat. The Ton3s, Robin Thicke, and Kenny Lattimore to name a few.
Additionally, the show will pay tribute to the late Bobby Caldwell with a special salute to him and his 25-year career. Other honors will include Missy Elliott, Evelyn “Champagne” King, and Jeffrey Osborne. The televised tribute will debut on Stellar Network TV on June 3 with national broadcast syndication starting June 10 – July 2 and an airing on Bounce TV on June 19.
