First Known NBA Player with MS won’t Get a Second 10-Day Contract

Guard Chris Wright, the only player in NBA history known to have multiple sclerosis, will not receive a second 10-day contract from the Dallas Mavericks.

Coach Rick Carlisle informed Wright of the team’s decision after Friday night’s win over the Boston Celtics, when the D-League all-star’s 10-day deal expired.
