Bieber’s legal team and representatives told “The Insider With Yahoo” that they have no statements at this time.

The crooner was arrested back in January in Miami Beach, for suspicion of driving under the influence, resisting arrest without violence, and driving with an expired driver’s license.

He currently still faces vandalism charges stemming from an egg-throwing incident in Calabasas, California, which also occurred in January.
