It’s only natural to remember the contributions, the legacy, the family of the people we lost. For this one, we are going to remember the music. Rich Homie Quan passed away on September 5th, 2024, with no official reason for the cause of his death. Some have said it was a heart attack, others said it was from an overdose.
Either way, Rich Homie Quan, whose real name Dequantes Devontay Lamar was only 33 years old, he was a month shy of his 34th birthday. He was a young man, but he gave us some good music before he left. Sadly, he is no longer with us, but let’s celebrate his life with his music.
This man had some hits under his belt!! There is plenty more of his music out there, so whenever you miss him, go back and listen to his music. He survived by his four sons and many family and friends. Rest in peace brother, thank you for your contribution to the Hip Hop community.
