It turned out those sounds were from an alleged sniper’s bullets from nearby. Footage showed Trump grabbing his ear and kneeling behind the podium. Secret Service agents rushed to the stage to cover him and shielded him off the stage.

Before leaving the stage, Trump told agents to wait while he emerged from their cover and began to pump his fist to the crowd.
Trump described what happened on his Truth social site saying he “felt the bullet ripping through [his] skin,” and that it “pierced the upper part of my right ear.”
“I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin,” said Trump. “Much bleeding took place, so I realized then what was happening.”
It has been reported by USA Today that the gunmen and an innocent bystander at the rally are dead, and two others are in serious condition.
The gunman was later identified as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks of Bethel Park, sources told The NY Post.
By those accounts of people losing their lives, I believe the shooting was real, but was it staged? Some people think that it was and voice their opinions throughout the internet.
“Trump getting shot was completely staged,” wrote someone on X. “He wouldn’t stop looking in that direction. Obviously someone who could make that shot wouldn’t miss if they were intending to kill him. Then he got up and raised his hand. He would have sh-t his pants if this was real.
“This is such a perfect photo it’s hard to believe it is not staged. Photo of the decade. Absolutely incredible,” another person tweeted.
Even some Black celebs weighed in on it, they believe it was staged also. Check out the video below.
I know Trump comes from a reality television background and even during his presidency, he showed that he didn’t lose any of his entertainment value. With that said it would be sad if he went to the extreme extent of staging a shooting to strengthen his position in the presidential race against Biden.
That would be low, even for Trump. Then again, this is America and it is 2024 and anything is possible. Not to mention, that fist pump with blood running on the side of his face seemed a little too made for TV.
Despite that, I’m giving Mr. Trump the benefit of the doubt. Instead of jumping to conclusions, I will wait to get more information before outright saying it was staged. What do you think?
