9 Best Breakfast options

Waking up in the morning day after day and year after year and getting ready for work can be a daunting task.  To add a degree of difficulty to the task is when you want to lose a little weight or eat healthier for breakfast.  So what do you eat?!  You want to aim for a breakfast that combines good carbs and fiber with some protein.  That could be almost anything so I have laid out a few options.
