1. Doing the same routine all the time.- While training a new client the other day she commented that we are always mixing up the exercises and she can’t predict what we are going to do next. I informed her that was the plan, because if we did the same routine she would master it in a matter of weeks. I’ve known some people to have the same workout routine, with the same amount of weight, the same reps, and same exercises in sequence for years. It’s no wonder that there results are stagnant.
