The European Union (EU) has lifted a three-year ban on Philippine Airlines (PAL) after substantial compliance on aviation safety concerns were made by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP)
EU banned the national flag carrier in 2010 for failing to comply with international safety standards following a safety audit in 2009.
