The DuSable Black Museum and Education Center is embroiled in a legal battle to protect its donors and contractors who were subpoenaed to turn over documents as part of a lawsuit by Kim Dulaney, a former employee and whistleblower who sued the museum alleging misuse of funds and retaliation, including claims against the DuSable Museum.
