The African Fest in Chicago is an annual celebration of the diverse flavors of people of African descent. Taking place on the South Side of the city in the gigantic Washington Park; the fest features food, vendors, and performances. I didn’t get a chance to sample any of the food or purchase merchandise; instead, I was catching the performances and interviewing the artists.
