There were reports that rapper/entertainer Azelia Banks has bleached her skin. Something she pretty much confirmed by posting an explanation of her actions on social media. I don’t know much about Azelia Banks. I saw one of her videos and I didn’t like the song, but I remember me saying she had swag. I know she has become famous for her some of her Twitter rants, including an argument with a 14 year old Disney actress. Outside of that episode, I kind of respected the fact that she was unafraid to speak her mind. I thought it was some type of method to her madness; and in saying that I’m acknowledging no ill-will or malice towards the young lady. I have no knock against her as it pertains towards her music or talents. I have no problem with her comments on different subjects. That’s her opinion. I don’t even care about her bleaching her skin. That’s her body and she can do what she wants.
