Superstar singer Beyoncé is doing good in the hood. Her BeyGood Foundation will donate $5,000 to 100 families and individuals facing foreclosures or evictions. People must provide all necessary documentation to the NAACP. The online application will open up on Jan. 7, 2021.
The BeyGOOD foundation made the announcement on its website: “The housing moratorium is set to end on December 26th, resulting in mortgage foreclosures and rental evictions,” the nonprofit wrote in a press release. “Many families are impacted, due to the pandemic that resulted in job loss, sickness and overall economy downturn.”
