Rapper Roddy Ricch was recently hit with a lawsuit from his ex-landlord who claims he stiff him out on $200,000 dollars in back rent. According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, a property investment company claims that Ricch agreed to pay rent in the amount of $15,950.00 per month. The agreement was made on April 1, 2020, for a home in Encino, CA.
It was said that the agreement was made for one year, but he stopped payments in July 2020. According to the documents, the rapper gave up possession in August with the landlord claiming that he “breached their lease agreement.” A total of $200,000 was tallied from unpaid rent and Ricch failure to return the property back to its original condition.
