The easiest, least-expensive way to reduce your risk for cancer is just by eating a healthy diet.  All the studies on cancer and nutrition point to eating plant-based foods for their phytonutrients and other special compounds.  7.6 million people die from cancer worldwide every year, out of which, 4 million people die prematurely (aged 30 to 69 years).  Here is a food list that will help us fight Cancer.
