Chance the Rapper is curating a free concert in Chicago’s Northerly Island on June 24th, DNAinfo reports. The “Juice” rapper is selecting all the headliners for the first-ever “Teens in the Park Fest,” which will be sponsored by the City of Chicago and open to concertgoers aged 13 to 24.
