Justin Bieber and Stanley Cup
Bieber had been invited to spend time with the Stanley Cup in the Hawks dressing room by the Blackhawks while in Chicago to play a July 9 concert on his ‘Believe’ tour at the United Center. The team provided him with his own jersey, a number 6 Blackhawks road jersey with his name on the back.
Besides getting criticism for stepping on the logo, it seems that many hockey fans were not happy the Biebs even got to touch the Stanley Cup. A Canadian from the province of Ontario, Bieber grew up playing hockey and said he was thrilled about getting up close and personal with the Cup.His favorite team is not the Hawks, however, but the Toronto Maple Leafs.
