Cuba Gooding Jr. will still have to go to Court as Judge Denies his Request to Throw out Groping Case

A New York City judge rejected Cuba Gooding Jr. plea to throw out a groping case that he got a Manhattan bar. The 51-year-old actor was accused of feeling on the breast of a 29-year-old woman while the two were at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge near Times Square on June 9. Judge Keisha Espina said she didn’t want to make a rash decision and moved the case to August 14th. “Mr. Gooding’s life is put on hold. It’s on a pause button,” said his lawyer Mark Heller. “It’s urgent that this matter be dismissed as quickly as possible” he continued. To read more about this story click here
