Last night I got a text that D-Nice and DJ Premier was going in on Instagram Live. I went to Preemo page and saw him on live playing classic Hip Hop music. In the comment section, there were various people from the Hip Hop community checking in. It was good to see that type of vibe, especially in the midst of the Coronavirus situation that is occurring.
The reality that most of us have to stay at home and create a social distance from everyone makes a virtual party cool. As it turns out, the party has been going on and I was the one who was late to the party. DJ D-Nice has been having his “Homeschoolin’: Social Distancing Dance Party,” for almost a week. Almost every celebrity you can think of has been checking in and partying with DJ D-Nice. It became so popular, that he broke the Instagram Live platform by surpassing over 3,000 people commenting.
