The saga between NBA player Dwight Howard and a transgender man named Masin Elije continues. Masin whose real name is Maurice Singletary made claims that he had a sexual relationship back in November. He also stated that Howard and his pastor conspired to kill him. Masin filed a lawsuit, but Howard filed a countersuit. BOSSIP obtained the court papers which stated: “The athlete said Elije’s complaint doesn’t have viable legal claims, that Elije never officially served him and any alleged injuries were caused by his own negligence.” The documents also read that Howard “is an upstanding citizen in all respects. Unfortunately, his public life and generosity have made him the target of the plaintiff as unrelenting and hostile smear campaign. And Maurice Singletary continues to aggressively harass, threaten, call and text Mr. Howard and besmirch his reputation on various social media platforms.” To read more about this story click here.
