Effects of Late Night Eating

Do you eat dinner late at night and go to bed less than three hours later? Do you sometimes eat dinner while in the bed? Have you ever fell asleep with a plate on your stomach? Well you suffer from late night eating. There are many reasons why you need at least 4 hours between when you eat dinner and when you go to bed. The ideal dinner times is anywhere between 4-6pm. Consuming most of your calories during the day in the form of a balanced diet and promotes positive energy. If you absolutely have to eat late consider choosing fruits, vegetables or other products which are low in fat and calories.
