Good Fish vs Bad Fish

From a health standpoint I agree with most nutritionist that everyone including vegetarians should eat fish a minimum of twice a week. Fish are a lean, healthy source of protein, and the oily kinds, such as salmon, tuna, sardines, etc., deliver those heart- and brain-healthy omega-3 fats you’ve probably also heard you should be getting in your diet.  Fish is lower in calories, saturated fat, and cholesterol than any other meat, generally speaking.  Here is a list of other benefits Fish provide.
