Eight people have been arrested in Oklahoma City for allegedly trafficking a 15-year-old Texas girl, who was kidnapped at a Dallas Mavericks game last month after she left her father to go and use the restroom.
The incident happened at the American Airlines Center on April 8. According to the family’s attorney Zeke Fortenberry of the Fortenberry Firm, PLLC the girl went to the bathroom and never returned. She was missing for 10 days until Oklahoma City law enforcement found her at an Extended Stay America hotel on April 18.
The American Airlines Center holds 20,000 people, so we’re not sure how the girl was abducted without a trace but was glad that she made it home. To read more about this story click here.
