The news surrounding Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel continues to be grim. On Friday morning, Manziel was dropped by his agent. Even more troubling was a Dallas Morning News report that Manziel’s father Paul said his son twice declined to be admitted to Dallas-area rehab facilities in the last week.
