They say to be the champion, you have to beat the champions. The Kansas City Chiefs came in as the defending champions and walked away with their crown. They beat the San Francisco 49ers in an overtime thriller 25-22.
Patrick Mahomes won his third Super Bowl MVP and with that will probably intensify the talks that he will be the greatest quarterback of all time. The win is the fourth Super Bowl trophy for the Chiefs and has put them into history as one of the NFL dynasties.
