One Music Fest 2023 is Proof that the Event Keeps getting Bigger and Better

This year the festival was held at Piedmont Park and let’s just say it was probably the biggest one in the event’s history. Let’s start with the setup, there were three stages jam-packed with new and veteran artists from all genres of Black Music.

Now, let’s go with the line-up. I think this year was probably the most star-filled list of artists ever at the OMF. I’m not going to go through all the names, but I will provide you with the chart of the acts that were scheduled to perform.

By looking at the schedule, you can tell the OMF wasn’t playing any games this year. I guess they said, if you want to watch people perform, then this is the place to be. To say, it was kind of overwhelming, would be an understatement. We only had one correspondent to cover the event, and even though I don’t like using the word impossible, it was impossible to watch every single act.

That’s why you must pick and choose, which is my first advice to anyone attending the event. Find out who you want to see the most and find the stage they are performing at. That way, you can come early and get a good view. Unfortunately, there weren’t any lawn chairs allowed at this year’s event, which brings me to a second piece of advice.

Dress comfortable! The OMF is not the place to wear your heels or shoes that you are not comfortable in. Even if you are decisive about who you want to see and what stage they are performing, there is still a lot of walking and standing going on throughout the day.

Okay, since we got that out of the way, let’s get to the pictures and videos of the performers. Like I said we weren’t able to watch all the performers, but luckily, the good folks at OMF provided us with additional pictures and videos for you to check out.

Let’s start off the Sprite HH50 Stage:
