How does a woman drive to Texas for a job interview and end up in a jail cell dead? That’s one of the questions friends and family members of Sandra Bland were asking this week upon learning the fate of the 28-year-old Naperville woman. Bland drove to Waller County, which is the home of Texas A&M her alma mater for a job interview. While in the county, she was pulled over for an illegal traffic procedure and was jailed for assaulting a police officer. While in police custody she was found dead in her cell.
