I wonder if ever would have address the issue of him being a father if Pusha T hadn’t brought it up in his “The Story of Adidon” song. Now that the cat is out the bag, Drake has decided to offer an explanation about him being a “co-parent.” On his new album Scorpion, he has song called “March 14,” and it basically talks about the situation. “I had to come to terms with the fact that it’s not a maybe/That shit is in stone, sealed and signed/She not my lover like Billie Jean, but the kid is mine,” he says in the song. Drake also makes mention of the matter in another song called “Emotionless.” “I wasn’t hiding my kid from the world/I was hiding the world from my kid,” he stated. Sounds like Drake was forced to face the music and what better way to do it than on new music.
