Raven Goodwin, Amber Riley, and, Janet Hubert talk about their Roles in Lifetime’s Single Black Female Movie

In February, Lifetime premiered the movie of Single Black Female. The film is a spinoff of the 90’s movie Single White Female. The movie stars Raven Goodwin, Amber Riley, K. Michelle, and Janet Hubert. Goodwin plays the lead character Monica who hires Simone (Amber Riley) as her assistant after the death of her father and a difficult breakup. The two quickly become close friends and even neighbors as Simone moves next door.
