Sources told the Buffalo News that doubts have emerged about the woman who has accused Kane of rape in his Hamburg, N.Y. home last August.
“The case is going nowhere,” one source told the Buffalo News.
Three sources told the newspaper that they do not believe the case will be presented to a grand jury and one said that the case would be administratively dismissed.
Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita III declined comment, as did Kane’s attorney Paul Cambria.
