A Seattle police officer let his feelings be known regarding the death of a pedestrian who was hit by a police car. Back in January, Jaahnavi Kandula, a 23-year-old college student was killed when she was reportedly in a crosswalk and was hit by a patrol vehicle going 74 miles per hour in a 25-mph zone.
