Instantly, people took notice that some of the players didn’t get the proper graphic treatment one would hope for from a video game in 2016. Several pointed out that 2K17 Larry Bird looks a lot like actor/podcaster Michael Rapaport, who went on ESPN’s SportsNation to talk about the incident.

But most notably, people noticed that Michael Jordan himself looked less than great. In fact, when you zoom in, it’s easy to see that whatever this digitally created man is, it basically looks nothing like MJ. His eyes are crossed and his ears are giant. Does someone at 2K Sports have a beef with his Airness? In recent years it seems like Michael Jordan, crying or not, just can’t catch a break. At least he’s still got his jump shot.
