The former spokesman for Subway, Jared Fogle, 37, will plead guilty to child pornography charges one month after the FBI raided his home. Even though he has yet to be arrested or charged in the case, he has been subpoenaed as part of the investigation, and now will accept a plea deal. To read more about this story click here.
