Congratulations are in order for tennis star Naomi Osaka and emerging rapper Cordae. Osaka went on social media and announced that she will be missing the 2023 tennis season because she has “a little life update.” Her post included a picture of an ultrasound image and a message written in English and Japanese.

“The past few years have been interesting to say the least, but I find that (it’s) the most challenging times in life that may be the most fun,” she wrote. “These few months away from the sport has really given me a new love and appreciation for the game I’ve dedicated my life to. I realize that life is so short and I don’t take any moments for granted, everyday is a new blessing and adventure. I know that I have so much to look forward to in the future, one thing I’m looking forward to is for my kid to watch one of my matches and tell someone, ‘that’s my mom.’, haha.”
Cordae who was formally part of the YBN crew has yet to post anything on social media or release an official statement. However, many outlets have reported that he is the dad based on the fact that the two have been dating since 2019. To read more about this story click here.
