The Loser’s Party: A Hundred Years of Wrigley Field

This year marks the 100th birthday of the legendary baseball diamond known as Wrigley Field. This also marks hundred years of the Chicago Cubs losing there. The Cubs have yet to win a World Series title since relocating to the “friendly confines” in 1914. Even though I’m from Chicago, I just can’t wrap my mind around being a loser for a hundred years. But I guess time flies when you are having fun; the fans don’t come for the baseball game, they come for the party. So here’s my toast to the lovable losers and the people who love them; enjoy!
