Lets be honest, there are so many people who want to lose weight and be healthier, but the suggestion of eating more fruits and vegetables and exercising more seems to be so ridiculous of a suggestion. As a personal trainer and nutritionist it’s my number one suggestion but I always get a “better” idea pitched at me. I have compiled a list of the most ridiculous things my clients and my mom have done to lose weight. Lets have a laugh break together.
