My client Dana asked me during her workout last night was there anything besides banana’s she could eat for potassium because she was periodically experiencing cramps in her legs.  She complained about how she didn’t like the taste of bananas but really wanted to get her daily potassium intake without taking a supplement (4,700 milligrams of potassium each day).
