My best buddy Marquice Cole and I were having a discussion about exercise. This guy is an avid Pepsi drinker and a professional football player. He was telling me that he had given up his beloved soda pop and was drinking the recommended 8 bottles of water a day instead and never felt better. Being a personal trainer and nutritionist I understand the importance of drinking water but even I am guilty of passing up on a bottle of water for possibly lemonade or fruit juice. Drinking more water is really a no-brainer (actually your brain is 90% water!!!). Your body is about 70% water, the majority of your blood and every cell in your body is composed of water. Therefore, you need water to function properly in all aspects of life. I’m making a personal vow to drink more water every single day and after reading the top 10 benefits of water you will do the same.
