FOX News reported that aside from the Boston Marathon bombing. The FBI has foiled twenty other plots on American soil. Of that twenty, three were stopped by civilians reporting strange behavior to law enforcement. The other seventeen were solved by the FBI. What is interesting about those seventeen crimes is that they were all constructed by the FBI itself!
