For those who don’t know Hyde Park is a historical section located on the East Side of Chicago. It’s been the home of historical Chicagoans such as Minister Louis Farrakhan and former President Barack Obama.
Thousands of people gather for the weekend festival to see some of their favorite artists perform.
Not only did I get a chance to capture footage from most of the performers. I also got the opportunity to interview a few as well. Grammy award-winning artist Robert Glasper stopped for a brief conversation. You can check out the interview here. here.
