March Madness has come to an end. The annual basketball tournament has concluded and two winners are the University of South Carolina and Kansas. The ladies of South Carolina defeated Stanford 64-49 on Sunday to become the eighth university to win multiple championships in women’s basketball. Their coach, Dawn Staley became the first Black coach to win multiple Division I basketball national championships.
The following day, Kansas made the biggest comeback in National Championship history to beat North Carolina 72-69. This was also the second title for Kansas coach Bill Self, who also captured one in 2008.
