Evidently the Wrecking Ball singer’s house was broken into on Friday, resulting in several stolen goods (it’s been rumored some of it was jewelry), and it’s an ongoing investigation.
Luckily for Miley’s sake, she wasn’t home when the burglary took place, but sources close to the singer said she’s really upset about it, and scared.
“She’s extremely upset and a lot of personal items were stolen,” a source told Us Magazine. “She’s really shaken up about the whole thing.”
Cyrus is set to perform at the American Music Awards on Sunday in Los Angeles and according to E! News, she will be hosting a birthday party afterward at the theater of Beacher’s Madhouse in Hollywood’s Roosevelt Hotel.
