What’s a life motto you try to live by and why?
The motto I try to live by is “every day is a new opportunity.” The reason behind the motto is that yesterday was in the past, so you can’t change what happened yesterday, but today is a new day. You haven’t lived that day yet, so try your best in whatever you are pursuing.
If you could collaborate with any producer for a whole album who would it be and why?
The producer I would love to produce my entire album is Johnny J (R.I.P.). Johnny J was one of Death Row’s top producers during their golden years. He produced many 2pac hits, including “Dear Mama”, “Life Goes On”, as well as “California Love” to name a few. He created timeless music, not the trendy sound that producers try to emulate nowadays.
How would you describe your sound to someone who’s never heard it?
The best way to describe my sound is real life. I talk about what I know. Nothing more, nothing less. I don’t make music too be loved, nor for popularity, or fame. I make music because I really love this shit.
