Usually when I hear auto-tune vocals on the beginning of a song I start to grimace. I start to think about “trap” and “drill” music and start feel like I already know what is about to happen. Some hard bass, more auto-tune, and some violent street talk. This; I guess is the evolution of “gangsta rap” and it is prevalent in rap music. However, something was different when I start to listen to Tino’s “Hustlin Muzik.” It had an inspirational sound with a little bounce that gives you energy when the bass drops. In the description box on his Soundcloud bio, Tino says that this song is the anthem for the “hustlers.”It definitely has that feel to it.
