Triplett called BWL’s communication “inadequate The public utility said Saturday it was bringing in more line crews to help restore power.

BWL General Manager J. Peter Lark said the utility will not be able to tell individual customers when their lights will be on because it can’t track individual outages. Lark said BWL only can tell whether circuits or transformers are offline.

“If you’re not in the 90%, you’re not happy. I understand that,” he said. “We are going to do a very in-depth analysis of all of our responses, from the top — that’s me — all the way to the bottom.”
