Previous winners of the AAFCA Synergy Award include marketing experts Tirrell Whittley and Nick Nelson; industry executives Carolyn Sloss (Allied), Melissa Ingram (Aspire), Cheryle Harrison (Bounce), and Charles Humbard (UPtv).
This year the association honored Kathleen Bertrand who is the founder and executive producer of BronzeLens Film Festival. The ceremony took place at Auburn Avenue Research Library in Atlanta. Black Truth News was on hand and we got photos and footage from the event.
