Top Ten
I mean it was cool watching old playoff battles between Jordan and the Knicks, but I want to see the young bloods do they thing. I took the liberty of putting my list of the top ten players currently in the NBA. I list them by position and took in consideration the top five
players at each position and then talking the top two. Even for the casual fan, it is important to know who the money makers and the crowd shakers are, it makes much easier when you talk to sports fans, plus you don’t look like a dork, because you don’t know who Blake Griffin is.
Point Guards
Derrick Rose (CHICAGO BULLS): Got to kick things off with the MVP of the league. One of the most exciting players to watch in the NBA; The Chicago native averages more points than any other point guard and is second amongst the bunch in assists.2011-2012 stats: (21.5 ppg 8.3 apg 3.2 rpg)
Chris Paul (LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS): The top free agent of the offseason was traded to the L.A Clippers and instantly turned them into playoff contenders. He leads the league in assists and steals and is regarded for making his teammates perform better on the court. 2011-2012 stats: (15.5 ppg 9.8 apg 2.5 rpg)
