1.Bacon- Bacon is almost 90% fat. If you really don’t want high blood pressure, you shouldn’t go near bacon. Beef bacon is better than pork bacon and turkey bacon is better than beef bacon, but in all honestly they all can be avoided. Bacon also contains large amounts of sodium, which should be another solid reason to steer clear of it. I know you love bacon but you can’t love it more than your health and life.
