Actress Tamala Jones talks about Executive Producing and Starring in Lifetime Movie Every Breath She Takes

Her new movie has her playing the role of Jules Baker, a wife who suffered from years of mental and verbal abuse by her husband Billy. Things come to a halt when Jules has an altercation with her husband that leads to a fire that burns down their house and kills Billy. I would go more into detail, but instead of telling you about it, I would rather show you the trailer.

The movie has a lot of other notable actors in it, and two of them joined Tamala in a virtual interview to talk about the movie. One of them was her co-star, Brian White, who you may know from his roles in Stomp the Yard and Scandal, plays Tamala’s husband Billy. Not to mention Jackée Harry, who is a legend in her own right, from her character Sandra in the television show 227.

I asked Tamala, who is the executive producer of the movie, how it was not only to be the star but also the boss. Check out her answer below.

Meanwhile, Brian White and Jackée applauded Tamala for her journey to this point of becoming an executive. Listen to them with Afrovegas Magazine.

Some people may not remember or didn’t know that back in the day Jackée was a real-life sex symbol! Her character Sandra in 227 was sexy, and classy, and made her the desire of many men around the world.

I must say at the age of 66, she still looks good! She talked about becoming an older actress and transitioning from the beautiful girl next door to a beautiful mom. Check out the cast talking about the most surprising aspect of their role in the movie via Suzanne TV Mag.

Jackée continued on by saying she never thought she would still be in the business after all these years

Finally, the cast talked about the importance of recognizing and stopping domestic violence

In the end, I wanted to give Tamala Jones her flowers and thank her for contributing to the culture
