Rapper Kodak Black is no stranger to jail cells. He has had numerous run-ins with the police which included having a three-year federal sentence commuted by Donald Trump in 2020. The 25-year-old rapper was arrested in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Friday (07.16.22). Kodak was pulled over by police for a suspected illegal window tint.
Allegedly, the police smelled marijuana which prompted them to search the vehicle. Upon their search, they found 31 pills and $74,960 in cash. In addition to the drugs and cash, the vehicle license and tags were also expired.
No word on if Kodak has been released or when he will appear in court.
