Michigan state is still my number one but I’m am re-opening my options.

Robertson was arrested Jan. 13 by Ft. Wayne Police and charged with misdemeanor battery, according to Allen Superior Court 4 records. He was released Jan. 18 on $750 bond and has a status hearing at the court Feb. 11.

According to the police report obtained by the Free Press, Robertson is accused of improperly touching a female classmate at Fort Wayne Wayne High on Oct. 22.

Robertson previously faced misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief, damaging or defacing property, and resisting arrest. But those charges were dropped in Allen Superior Court 5 on Sept. 10.

It’s unclear whether MSU is holding off on signing Robertson. Coaches can’t comment on recruits until they sign. MSU coach Mark Dantonio has a news conference today to discuss his 2016 class.

The 6-foot-5, 250-pound Robertson is ranked the No. 10 strongside defensive end in the nation by rivals.com. He committed to MSU in June and had reported scholarship offers from Alabama, Ohio State and Michigan, among many others.

Robertson did not return a call or text to his mobile phone.
